Tofu With Black Beans & Garlic

    * 1  tsp  sesame oil
    * 1  14-oz  can black beans, rinsed and drained
    * 1  tbs  minced fresh garlic
    * 1/3  cup  sliced extra-firm tofu
    * 2  tsp  grated fresh ginger
    * 3  tbs  hoisin sauce
    *     Cooked brown rice


Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add beans and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes.

Add tofu and ginger; cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes.

Stir in hoisin sauce.

Serve over cooked brown rice.
