Mountain Yam (Sticky yam) Sashimi


 
Ingredients:

Mountain Yam, Soy source and Wasabi

Direction:
1)    Peal skin of Mountain Yam,
2)  Cut it as in the picture above
3)    Add soy source
4)    Place Wasabi as you much as you like


Wasabi is "Japanese horseradish,” 
a member of the Brassicaceae family, has an extremely strong flavor.
