Tofu With Black Beans & Garlic



  • 1  tsp  sesame oil
  • 1  14-oz  can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1  tbs  minced fresh garlic
  • 1/3  cup  sliced extra-firm tofu
  • 2  tsp  grated fresh ginger
  • 3  tbs  hoisin sauce
  •     Cooked brown rice


Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add beans and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add tofu and ginger; cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes.
Stir in hoisin sauce.
Serve over cooked brown rice.
