- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 14-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbs minced fresh garlic
- 1/3 cup sliced extra-firm tofu
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 tbs hoisin sauce
- Cooked brown rice
DirectionsHeat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add beans and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add tofu and ginger; cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes.
Stir in hoisin sauce.
Serve over cooked brown rice.
