Vegetable Shabu Shabu


 
Ingredients:

Yuba (thin tofu)
Green vegetables
Shrimps

Source A:
1 tablespoon soy source
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon
1 teaspoon water
Little bit of chili source
½ teaspoon minced garlic




Direction:

1) Soak Yuba in water for 10 min. 
2) Cut all green vegetables  
3) Peel shrimps 
4) Boil water in flying pan,
put all ingredients with high heat. 
5) When vegetables look soft and shrimp change its color, replace them on a dish      
6) Dip in source A and eat with rice

Memo:
You can add more vegetables instead of rice. 
The rice has sesame seeds for decoration and nourishment on top.
