2. When you breathe in, visualize the white light of Reiki flows in through your
hands and into your Hara, that point two inches below your navel and the
center of your energetic body.
3. When you breathe out, visualize the Reiki white light stored in your Hara is
flowing out through your hands.
4. Repeat this type of breathing for at least a couple minutes or as long as you
